A British hairdressing heritage
Roy Sutton trained and worked as Artistic Director at Vidal Sassoon in London — the house that redefined modern haircutting — before opening Sutton Place on the Eppendorfer Baum with Birgit and shaping it for more than three decades. Today their daughter Ivy Sutton leads the studio: a master hairdresser and trained make-up artist. The idea behind a Sassoon cut still guides us — a shape with structure that grows out well and brings out your natural character rather than covering it.
Cut, colour, care & make-up
Precise cuts for women and men, treatments for hair and scalp, plus styling and make-up for weddings and special occasions. Two things we're known for: natural highlights — fine foil work, placed and toned to look grown-in rather than stripey (page in German — just ask us in English) — and colour correction, from brassy blonde to patchy box dye. We take our time — a thorough consultation, room for questions, and no rushing. We work with Schwarzkopf, Wella and L'Oréal, and trust Davines for care and styling.
